The STL files may not be may not be in the same folder as the CBCT dicom files in the R2Data folder. The software will only read one type file if they are in a separate folder.
The CBCT dicom files should be saved and exported in slices of dicom files rather than a whole single dicom file for the software to recognize the file. If saved correctly, you will see roughly 400~600 dicom slices in your folder. Also, the software will only recognize dicom files from a CBCT and not from the medical CT.
Even with the correct files exported, you may not find the files in the software. The dicom files may not be may not be in the same folder as the STL file in the R2Data folder. The software will only read one type file if they are in a separate folder.
Drag and drop the CBCT dicom and STL files into the patient folder. Make sure the STL and the dicom files are not separated by individual folders.
Open R2Gate and login to find the files in the software.
