If you find yourself stuck on the R2Gate loading screen, it may be due to your network security.
Go to api.r2gate.com in your web browser to check your connection. If you find a similar information as shown below, the R2Gate server is being blocked by your network.
You can test the connection by using your hotspot instead of the Wi-fi. If the website cannot be found using your hotspot’s connection, then you are able to connect to the R2Gate server.
Solution: Contact your IT or network provider to unblock api.r2gate.com from your network to use the software.
